Nathalie joined our team as Managing Consultant on a 6-month contract, and she far exceeded our expectations. She worked closely with the VP of Technology to ensure that all conversion tracking pixels and SDK was correctly set up across the entire user journey of our app and website. Nat envisioned and executed smart campaign ideas from concept to implementation and reporting. She delivered audience insights, crafted personas for each campaign, and improved our ad auction bidding strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ad Network. She initially reported to the Director of Digital Marketing and was able to improve his approach and execution diplomatically. As Managing Consultant, she was also able to step up and substituted for the Director of Digital Marketing and collaborate with the current VP of Marketing to connect social, digital, traditional, and influencer marketing strategies. We did not extend her contract for marketing services because our executive team and developers decided to go back to the drawing board for ideas on how to approach technology for non-profit organizations. Nevertheless, Nathalie was a team player with a positive can-do attitude. She went above and beyond her scope of work, and we enjoyed working with her.
