Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service 1-on-1 sessions are specific to training and consultation of a sole person. If you require 2 or more persons in a session, please book team training for up to 3 people or select the dedicated consultant option for up to 2 people. Training and Consultation are non-cancellable, but these services can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Team Building Services are non-cancellable but can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the schedule booking date in order to reschedule reservations and travel plans. Bookings can be reschedule up to 2 times. Bookings can also be upgraded to a plan and membership for a full credit refunded if plan payment is completed within 30 days of booking an applicable session to your program. Clients are ask to not record any sessions without written consent. JAM'N SOCIAL will request an agreement to record and share private sessions. Clients recording sessions without written permission may result in termination of the sessions without a refund. Privacy Policy The data you provide will never be shared without your informed consent. The primary reason for collecting your information is so that you can find and service you at a high level of excellence.
