Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility Paid consultations are available to all clients who have agreed to pay for services provided. Payment must be made prior to or at the time of the consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. Consultation Details All consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Virtual consultation will be conducted via [phone, video call, or another online platform] as agreed upon. The consultation will cover services as agreed upon during the scheduling process. Any additional time beyond the initial consultation will be billed separately. 1-on-1 consultation is priced differently than teams. Attending a 1-on-1 with additional people may be subject to additional charges. Please book team training and consultation if you desire having additional people in the meetings. 3. Travel Fees NYC Metro Area: For in-person consultations within the NYC metro area, a flat travel fee of $25 will be applied, which is already included in the in-person meeting price. Other Locations: For in-person consultations outside the NYC metro area, travel fees will be determined based on distance and location. These fees will be communicated to you and billed separately. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling No-shows for in-person consultations will result in the full consultation fee being charged. There is a 15 minute grace period for all meetings. You may reschedule or cancel your in-person consultation up to [24 hours] before the scheduled appointment without penalty. You may reschedule an appointment as much as 2 times at no charge. Cancellations made less than [ 24 hours] before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during the your consultation will be kept confidential in accordance with JAM'N SOCIAL's privacy policy. A formal client relationship may be established if agreed upon during the consultation. 6. No Obligation Payment for the consultation does not obligate you to purchase additional services or packages. The consultation is an opportunity to explore potential next steps. 7. Limitation of Liability We offer hands-on support to ensure our strategy is expertly executed. JAM'N SOCIAL is not liability for any loss or damages based on consultation, unless required by law. 8. Acceptance By attending a paid consultation (whether virtual or in-person), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Ts&Cs.
